Do I need to book in advance?

While deposits are non-refundable, they may be rescheduled or transferred with technician approval, as long as the request follows our rescheduling policies outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

How can I reschedule or transfer my appointment?

You may reschedule or transfer your appointment up to 48 hours in advance (depending on your service) without any penalty or loss of deposit. Just reach out to us directly to make the change—life happens, and we totally get it.

What is PMU?

Permanent makeup (PMU) is a cosmetic tattooing technique designed to enhance your natural features with long-lasting, low-maintenance results.

 

 

What's the difference between PMU and a traditional tattoo?

PMU differs from traditional tattooing in depth of application. Pigment is placed more superficially in the skin, whereas traditional tattoos are implanted deeper into the dermis.

Do I need to book a PMU Brow Perfecting Session?​

​PMU Brows are a two-step process: an initial session followed by a perfecting session 4–6 weeks later. This touch-up ensures the pigment sets evenly and enhances the longevity of your results. With proper care, your brows can last 1–2 years, depending on your lifestyle, age, and aftercare routine.

How long does PMU Brows last?

 

Everyone’s skin and lifestyle are a little different, so how long they last depends on things like your skin type, sun exposure, and how well you care for them afterward.

Oily skin or lots of time in the sun? You might need a touch-up a bit sooner. But don’t worry, we’ll guide you on how to keep them looking their best for as long as possible!

Does PMU hurt?

 

Numbing cream is used before and during the service for comfort, most clients say it just feels like a light scratch.

How should I prepare for my session?

Please arrive with clean skin and natural brows (no makeup on the brow area). Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners 24 hours before your session.

What should I avoid after a PMU Brow Services?

​​

After your microblading session, your brows need some TLC! For about 7–10 days, avoid heavy workouts, swimming, soaking up the sun, and makeup around your brow area. Stick to your technician’s aftercare tips to help your skin heal nicely.

Can I wear makeup after my appointment?

​

You should avoid applying makeup directly to the brow area until fully healed. 

​

Is PMU Brow Services right for everyone?

​

Not always—and that’s okay! We’ll start with a consultation to make sure it’s the right fit for you, your skin, and your overall wellness. Your safety (and great brows) come first!​​​

What is the healing process like after a PMU Brow Services?

​

Healing usually takes about 7–14 days, with the full pigment settling in around 4–6 weeks.

Post-Treatment

​

• Don’t panic, your brows will look bold and darker right after your appointment (it’s part of the process!).

• Flaking or scabbing? Thats normal. Hands off—no picking!

• Over the next few weeks, the pigment will soften and settle into a more natural look.

• Final results will reveal themselves around 4–6 weeks, that’s when you schedule your touch-up.
