Terminology

“Client,” “Customer,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual accessing this website, booking services, or receiving treatments provided by Eilene & Elements Skin Studio.

“Eilene & Elements Skin Studio,” “Studio,” "The Studio", “E&ESS,” “Technician,” “us,” or “we” refer to Eilene & Elements Skin Studio and its authorized representatives.

“Booking,” “Appointment,” “Scheduled Service,” “Reservation,” or “Arrival Time” refers to the confirmed date and time of your service, whether provided in-studio or in-home. “Start Time” refers to the scheduled time your service is expected to begin.

It is the client’s responsibility to be prepared and ready at the scheduled service start time.

Model Terms & Conditions

​

By booking a session or submitting your information to participate as a model, you agree to the following terms:

​

1. Session Use & Image Rights​

By participating, you grant me full permission to use any images taken during our session for the following purposes:

• Portfolio display (including website, social media, and printed marketing)

• Promotional content

• Competitions, exhibitions, or educational use​

​

*Model will not receive monetary compensation for participation.

​

2. Model Release​

All models must sign a model release prior to the session. 

​

3. Edits, Delivery & Posting

Images will be edited and delivered at the sole discretion of the photographer. Not all images taken during the session will be shared or delivered. The number of final images may vary per session.

Please note: Participating as a model does not guarantee that your images will be posted or featured on social media, the website, or any other platform. Image selection and posting decisions are based on portfolio needs, quality, and creative direction.

4. Safety & Respect​

All sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional environment. Models are encouraged to bring a guest. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling​

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.​​​

Booking Your Appointment

​

To secure your appointment, please provide the required details and payment. All services must be reserved in advance to ensure availability.

​

It is the credit card holder’s sole responsibility to review and understand all terms and conditions prior to purchasing any service. By completing the transaction, the cardholder fully acknowledges and agrees to all Eilene & Elements Skin Studio policies. The Studio assumes no liability for disputes arising from a failure to review or understand these terms.

Appointment Confirmation

​

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email or text. Please review your appointment details carefully and contact us with any changes or requests prior to your visit.

Rescheduling & Deposit Transfer Policy

​

Your deposit secures your appointment and is considered your consultation fee, covering the time, preparation, and setup required for your service.

​

We understand that schedules can shift, and we offer flexibility within the following guidelines:​

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be rescheduled or transferred once with proper notice.

• Late Changes: Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

• No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount.

You may also transfer your deposit to another person, but only under the following conditions:​

1. You have not yet completed your consultation, or

2. Your consultation has taken place and it was determined that microblading is not a suitable service for you.

 

In either case, the deposit can be used one time to reschedule or transfer.

Important: After a deposit has been rescheduled or transferred once, it cannot be reused again. If you need to make further changes after that, a new deposit will be required to secure another reservation.​

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

​

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 48 hours) impact our ability to serve others. Failure to provide notice will result in a fee or loss of deposit.

​

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service and associated chair rental fees. This deposit will be applied toward your service. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the deposit being retained as a chair rental fee.

​

If you wish to modify your service on the day of your appointment, please communicate with your technician. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability. For any change requests after booking confirmation, please reach out ahead of time so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.

Timeliness & Late Start Policy

​

Please be ready at your scheduled start time, whether your appointment is at the studio or in your home. A late start may result in a shortened service or modifications to your treatment to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients.

​

If we are unable to begin within 20 minutes of your appointment time, your session may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Payment

​

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and select digital payments. While gratuity is never expected, it is always appreciated.​

​

Gift Cards / E&E Bucks

​

Gift cards (also referred to as E&E Bucks) are available for purchase and may be redeemed for services offered by Eilene & Elements Skin Studio.

​

All gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used before the expiration date provided at the time of purchase.

​

It is the credit card holder’s responsibility to review and understand all terms and conditions prior to purchasing a gift card or service. By completing the transaction, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to all Eilene & Elements Skin Studio policies.

Health & Safety

​

For the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, please inform us in advance of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. We maintain strict hygiene protocols and follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe and relaxing experience.

Behavior & Conduct

​

We kindly ask all clients to conduct themselves respectfully. Inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

Right to Discontinue Service

​

Eilene & Elements Skin Studio reserves the right to discontinue any service at any point, even if partially completed, at our discretion. By booking, you agree to our policies and to maintain respectful conduct during service.

Children

​

To maintain a peaceful environment, children under 18 should not accompany you to appointments unless pre-approved by your technician or the studio owner. Our workspace is not a play space, and we appreciate your understanding.
